Beach – The beaches in Carpinteria stretch from the Rincon Point (surfer heaven) to
Summerland. They are lined with some beautiful and usually expensive homes. '
The area near Carpinteria State Beach has a collection of more affordable and smaller homes and condos.
North and South of the 101 Freeway. Most of these homes were originally small
tracts but over time they have been modified and have lost that sameness. These great
neighborhoods are where most of the families live.
Foothills. Spectacular views of either the ocean or the Santa Ynez Mountains.
Properties here vary in size and price. There is a country feel and atmosphere.
