Typically it takes from 60-90 days to market your property. We will design and execute an extensive marketing plan that typically includes all segments of the media; television, radio, newspapers, magazine & other print advertising, flyers, direct mail, multiple listing services, web marketing, email blasts and a set number of open houses are held. You can pick the date and time. Escrow can close in 30 days or less. An escrow officer will be present at the auction to open escrow immediately following the winning bid.

Auctions have “no contingencies.” That means that the buyer accepts the property “as is” and with all faults. All Due Diligence is done in advance of the Auction. Buyers will be provided the opportunity to conduct all inspections and review all reports prior to auction day. Bidders will be required to provide evidence of available funds and/or be pre-approved in advance, unless you waive the requirement for any bidder.
